The hotel offers delicious local recipes as well as continental fare at very reasonable prices. The rooms feature a very private, large balcony perfect for entertaining guests, but the individual air conditioners can be a little noisy. They are very spacious and designed in a colonial style.

The service was excellent; they speak English and are very helpful with everything from car rides to restaurant reservations. Muy amable and very professional. We will definitely return soon.

The location is excellent, just short blocks from a major boulevard offering everything you need and close to many restaurants. Although there was an initial issue, it was eventually resolved to some extent. It is also near Real intercontinental and the biggest mall in the city, surrounded by restaurants and nightlife activities.

The hotel is uniquely decorated with lots of character and offers spacious and comfortable rooms. The service is friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is upscale in the Colonia Palmira neighborhood, ideal for relaxation and easy access to diplomatic missions. The dining experience was nice, although with a repetitive egg-focused menu. Overall, a charming hotel with great service and a convenient location.
